Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials you provide when signing in.
  • Provider profile data: professional background, services offered, certifications, languages, and other details providers choose to publish.
  • Messages and conversations exchanged between clients and providers through our platform.
  • Bookmarks, saved searches, and feature usage that help us personalize your experience.
  • Usage analytics (only when you consent): pageviews, clicks, and feature interactions, collected through PostHog.
  • Device and browser metadata: IP address, user agent, and language preference, used for security and debugging.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the marketplace, match clients to providers, respond to support requests, improve our product, keep the service secure, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run Cradley. These subprocessors include:

  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Our managed PostgreSQL provider — database
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • PostHog — product analytics (when consented)
  • Cloudflare R2 — file and image storage

Your rights under US state laws

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you.
  • Request that we delete your personal information.
  • Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we honor opt-out requests for all optional data uses.

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics, session recording, and marketing cookies automatically.

Children's privacy

Cradley is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we materially update this policy, we will update the effective date above and prompt returning visitors to review their preferences again.
