About Cradley
Cradley is operated by Parent Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms cover our website, accounts, provider directory, messaging, and family planning tools. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Our role in finding care
Cradley helps families discover and contact independent postnatal and family-care providers. Providers are responsible for their services. A listing, recommendation, review, or paid membership is not a guarantee of a provider's qualifications, availability, safety, or results. Any verification we describe is limited to the checks specifically stated; do not assume every credential or background has been independently verified.
Before engaging a provider, confirm their credentials, suitability, pricing, availability, and cancellation policy directly with them. Agreements for care, payment for that care, and related disputes are between you and the provider.
Health information and emergencies
Cradley does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our articles, tools, and other platform content are for general information and do not replace advice from a qualified health professional. Using Cradley does not create a clinician-patient relationship with us. Do not use platform messages for emergencies. If you need immediate help, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you act for a provider or organization, you must have permission to do so. Use Cradley lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not impersonate others or post false credentials, misleading listings, or fake reviews.
- Do not harass others, send spam, or use the platform for unlawful or discriminatory conduct.
- Do not share someone else's private information or content without permission.
- Do not bypass access controls, misuse shared links, or interfere with the service.
Provider responsibilities
Providers must keep their profiles and service descriptions accurate and maintain the licenses, certifications, insurance, and permissions required for the services they offer. Providers are responsible for complying with applicable professional and legal requirements, working within their qualifications, and clearly communicating their own fees and service policies to families. A Cradley membership does not guarantee inquiries, clients, or income.
Provider memberships and billing
Creating a provider profile does not itself authorize a charge. Paid membership requires a separate enrollment step where you review and accept the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and any trial offer. Existing free beta memberships do not automatically become paid memberships without that enrollment.
If you enroll in a trial that converts to a paid membership, your payment method will be charged on the date shown at checkout unless you cancel before that deadline. Paid memberships renew automatically at the agreed interval until canceled; annual plans are billed upfront. Trial eligibility and the terms shown during enrollment apply to your selected plan. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Manage or cancel your membership from Billing in your provider dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period. Canceling a trial before its first charge avoids that charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; any refund policy disclosed at enrollment and your rights under applicable law apply.
Your content and shared tools
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to host, format, and display it as needed to operate the features you use, consistent with our Privacy Policy and your sharing choices. Only submit content you have the right to use, including profile photos, website imports, reviews, and family information.
Share meal trains, visitor schedules, and baby announcements only with the intended recipients. People who receive a shared link may forward it. Organizers and participants are responsible for confirming arrangements, dietary needs, allergies, and visitor preferences directly; Cradley does not prepare meals, supervise visits, or guarantee participation.
Our content and third-party services
Cradley's branding, software, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Using the platform does not transfer ownership of them. Third-party websites and services linked from Cradley have their own terms and privacy practices; a link does not mean we endorse their content.
Service availability and account access
We work to keep Cradley useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, threaten others' safety, or create security risks. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error or want help closing your account. Manage any active subscription in Billing before closing your account so you can confirm its cancellation.
Responsibility and your legal rights
You are responsible for your own conduct and decisions when using Cradley. Providers remain responsible for the care they deliver. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away consumer rights that applicable law protects.
Questions, disputes, and changes
Contact us about questions or disputes involving Cradley so we can try to resolve them. Questions about a provider's care or charges should also be raised directly with that provider. When these terms are finalized or materially changed, we will update this page and its effective date and provide notice and obtain agreement where required. Changes to paid membership terms will be disclosed before they apply.
